About this call

This call for projects focuses on supporting market development activities, strengthening commercial capacities, expanding distribution and after-sales service activities in underserved areas of the country and priority areas of the digital program; strengthening the operational capacities of businesses; supporting projects to develop, optimize, and upgrade digital tools for customer monitoring within the framework of RBF counters - sale of digital terminals; and supporting digital and financial education.

Eligibility criteria

Companies participating in the RBF program – Digital devices of the DECIM Fund or in consortium with one of the companies benefiting from the RBF-Digital devices program (Window 1 – funding window 1: RBF Digital devices Facility).

All activities that enable companies to develop their business with a view to achieving DECIM's distribution objectives and strengthening the capacity to use digital and mobile financial services are eligible and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis: market development, development and/or upgrading of digital tools, digital and financial education activities for vulnerable target groups.
